The 2017 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 5th at 7:00pm.The meeting will take place at the Arena is the Gym.
***Please remember at the 2015 AGM a change was made to Bylaw 7.1(j)Registered members shall attend the AGM or a $25 no-show fee will be applied to next years registration.***

The 2016/2017 Essa Minor Hockey Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday April 5th, 2017, 7:00pm in the gym of the Essa Township Recreation Centre.
Nomination forms for the Executive Committee vacancies can be obtained from this form....nomination_form_20172018.pdf, the bulletin board in the Angus arena, or by sending an email to the Secretary. All nominations must be received by the EMHA Secretary in person or via any current executive member on or before March 29, 2017. The vacant positions are the noted on the nomination form.
