Registration for the 2020 - 2021 Hockey Season OPENS April 15th, 2020.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation we do not have any in-person registration dates.
As we wait to see how the current situation unfolds we will begin online registration.
As in other years you will need to be paid in full before your player can hit the ice.  

You can also register ONLINE beginning April 15th.

EARLY BIRD RATE: Fees go up by $100 on July 2nd, 2020.  You need to be registered with Essa Minor Hockey by July 1st, you DO NOT have to pay in order to receive the Early Bird Rate.

Fees: Above fees are based on local league fees.  EMHA Rep Teams require additional rep fees upon team selection.

To participate in the payment plan you can mail all 4 cheques to the address below.  Returned cheques will result in a $50 NSF fee and player suspension until full payment has been received and cleared by registrar and treasurer.  

Financial Assistance:  The Canadian Tire Jumpstart program is available to help reduce the registration fees for eligible applicants.  Further information can be found under the Registration Tab on the EMHA Website.  Please inform the registrar that your application has being submitted.  Submissions for Jumpstart can be made starting July 1st.  All applicants are required to pay $100.00 towards their registration fees prior to participating in any on ice activity.  Any remaining registration fees after all applicable financial assistance programs have been applied will be required to be remitted within 30 days of notification.

Bond Fee:  All registered families are required to pay a Volunteer Bond of $200 which will be returned once your family has completed their volunteer service as outlined in the Volunteer Bond Policy.  ALL BOND CHEQUES NEED TO BE RECEIVED BEFORE YOUR PLAYER WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE ICE.

Fundraising Fee:  Each player has a $125 fundraising commitment with the option of paying the $125 and opting out of fundraising.  You will have the option of different fundraisers. For families with two children registered with EMHA your fundraising commitment is $185.  For more information please see the Fundraising page.

New Members: Must submit a photocopy of players birth certificate.  New members that have registered with Hockey Canada and played for any other hockey organization must also complete a transfer form.  Contact registrar to make arrangements.
