Our Coach Selection Process includes three important aspects; interviews conducted by our Coach Selection Committee, Survey Results and Feedback from our EMHA families, and approval of all recommended candidates via EMHA Executive vote.

All selected coaches will be required to submit a criminal background and vulnerable sector check prior to the start of the season. Local League Coaches & Additional bench staff will not be named until after tryouts, team selections (and equalization for LL teams). Additionally, any team's bench staff are subject to board approval as well as a criminal background and vulnerable sector check.
