COVID Protocols Updated February 11th
Please be aware, and pass the following information on to your teams: 

COVID symptoms and isolation rules:
(Information provided directly from the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit)
Isolation can end after 5 days IF your symptoms are improved for at least 24 hours, and you have completed the 5 day isolation period.

Activities that cannot maintain masking and physical requirements should not return to play or practice for an additional 5 days from the end of your isolation.

Your isolation can end after 10 days IF your symptoms are improved for atleast 24 hours.

To clarify: your isolation period begins from symptom onset, or from a positive test result, WHICHEVER CAME FIRST.
